Hey there! We’re Stephanie & Sydnie Horne, and we are you and your closets bff’s! We are looking for fun, energetic, and fashion loving stylists for all of our boutique (Southport Chicago, Third Ward Milwaukee, and SoHo & Pink Moon Bay Lake Geneva.


A little bit about us, we are Pink Moon Bay – a women’s online and brick & mortar mother & daughter boutique. At Pink Moon Bay, we aren’t a trendy boutique; we’re a boutique for YOU! We offer a unique mix of hand-picked pieces from all over the country that are curated with love by us to make you feel empowered and beautiful in the clothes that you wear.


Pink Moon Bay is growing, which means our Retail Team is expanding too. This is a unique opportunity to be part of delivering the best friend service treatment to everyone who loves (and will love) Pink Moon Bay. As a Style Advisor, you’ll exude world-class sales and service expertise in every interaction. Qualifications

  • A great sense of style
  • Extremely outgoing, bubbly, and welcoming personality
  • Ability to make customers feel comfortable and sell product
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to making the store and the team the best it can be
  • Reliable and consistent hard worker
  • An understanding of Pink Moon Bay's fundamental brand, aesthetic and values
  • Passion for fashion and styling
  • Desire to provide excellent service and outstanding customer experiences
  • Commitment to learn and apply Pink Moon Bay's values, business, and leadership principles
  • No previous retail experience is necessary (but is preferred)

Role Responsibilities 

  • Greet and get to know customers as they shop in store
  • Make each shopper, feel welcome and confident in their own skin
  • Sell clothes using the best friend treatment and help every single customer find something they love
  • Assist with customer service over the phone and in person
  • Occasionally model and assist the social media team and creating content
  • Must have daytime and weekend availability
